The following document outlines our general confidentiality / non disclosure policy.

In it’s essences it’s protecting both the client and my business and whilst most of this is commonsense it’s a protection should any events of conflict or problems occur during  client engagement.

Collectively referred to as “the Parties” and each “a Party”.

The Parties wish to share information, including Confidential Information, for the Purpose set out below.

The purpose is to discuss  the development of  website and general business consultancy services. (Purpose).

The Confidential Information that may be disclosed may include, but is not limited to:

1. information, ideas, concepts, knowledge, know-how, intellectual property, trade secrets, inventions, technology, operating procedures, processes, techniques, software, business methods, financial, accounting, marketing and technical plans and information, customer and supplier lists (including any prospective or proposed customer and supplier lists), funding arrangements and other commercially valuable information, whether or not such information is reduced to a tangible form or marked in writing as “confidential”, disclosed by the disclosing Party to the other Party; and
2. notes, records and related information generated by a Party from the Confidential Information, including any copies of the Confidential Information, and copies of the notes, records and related information generated.

Each Party:

(i)        acknowledges that information it receives in the course of its relationship with the other Party may be confidential in nature; and

(ii)       agrees that it will keep that information confidential and will not disclose that information to third parties.
